Orders	For handmade personalised items please allow 2-6 weeks. If you require an item sooner contact us and we will do our best to help. If you have any special requests e.g. colour of flowers, different size, more crystals etc, let us know. As all handmade items are made to order and to your specification they are therefore non returnable and non refundable. We want you to be happy with our products so please contact us if you have any questions. Please ensure all details are correct before ordering. Payment	Please send a cheque/postal order for the full amount including postage made payable to Mrs G Plant together with your completed order form.
Postage	All orders up to the value of £30 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on arrival. Please add £4.50 to the cost of your order . All orders valued over £30 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival. Please add £6.50 to the cost of your order. All orders valued over £150 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge. You will be notified by phone or e-mail when an order is ready to be despatched.
